Role Overview:

As a subcontractor for Grand Lake Smart Wiring, you’ll work closely with our company to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects, and we expect professionalism, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Repairs:

   • Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks related to telecommunication systems.

   • Follow project specifications and guidelines.

   • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

2. Technical Expertise:

   • Demonstrate proficiency in structured cabling, security camera installation

   • ( Kansas and Missouri service areas only), and related services.

   • Troubleshoot issues efficiently.

   • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Phone, Internet, and TV Repair:

     1. Diagnose and resolve issues with phone lines, internet connections, and TV services.

     2. Prioritize timely repairs to minimize downtime.

   • Audio and Visual Installation:

     1. Create immersive experiences through home theater systems or conference room setups.

     2. Install audio equipment, projectors, and screens.

   • Cable Management:

     1. Organize and optimize cable layouts for efficiency and aesthetics.

     2. Minimize tangled cables and ensure safety.

   • Home Entertainment Systems:

     1. Collaborate with clients to design and install dream entertainment setups.

     2. Enhance movie nights and leisure time.

   • Phone Installation:

     1. Tailor reliable phone systems to meet unique client requirements.

     2. Install new phone lines and extensions.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

   • Coordinate with our team to schedule work assignments.

   • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

   • Provide regular progress updates.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Deliver work that meets quality standards.

   • Conduct thorough testing and validation.

   • Address any deficiencies promptly.

5. Safety Compliance:

   • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

   • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

   • Report any safety concerns immediately.
